What better way to end the week!
After another sell out race in 2017, the East Leeds 10K is back again, on the first Friday in July. This popular 10K trail race is a perfect introduction to off-road running in the idyllic setting of St Aidan's Country Park in the east of Leeds, and an ideal race to test your speed.
The East Leeds 10K is fast and flat(ish): the trails are well-defined, public footpaths and bridleways in and around the Country Park. Starting by St Aidan's RSPB Visitor Centre, the route crosses and follows the River Aire to Lemonroyd Marina, before circling the Country Park back to the beginning.
